প্রথমেই বলে রাখি এই জব হচ্ছে গাজিপুরে। সেলারির কথা উল্লেখ আছে ১০০০০ থেকে ১৮০০০ টাকা। এবং ৩০ টি পদ খালি আছে।

ইংরেজি শুনে যারা ভাল বুঝতে পারেন তারাই আবেদনযোগ্য। অন্যরা আবেদন না করলেই ভাল। সাথে সাথে রাতের শিফটে কাজ করার জন্য প্রস্তুত থাকতে হবে। প্রচুর টাকা আয়ের বিশেষ ব্যবস্থা আছে এখানে, কারন প্রতিটি কলের মাধ্যেমে যে বিক্রি হবে তার থেকে কলকারি বেশ মোটা অংকের কমিশন পাবেন। তাই ব্যপক টাকা আয়ের প্রতি একধরনের লোভ যাদের আছে তারা আগ্রাধিকার পাবেন।

কলগুলো সাধারনত করতে হবে আমেরিকা এবং কানাডাতে বসবাসকারিদের কাছে ফলে প্রতিদিন প্রচুর ফরেনারদের সাথে কথা বলতে হবে অনর্গল। যার কারনে বিভিন্ন ধরনের, নানা মানসিকতার মানুষের সাথে ডিলিংস করতে হবে। তাদের সাথে মাথা ঠান্ডা রেখে কথা বলে কনভিন্স করার পাওয়ার থাকতে হবে। কোনভাবেই কল গ্রহনকারির সাথে রাগের গলায় কথা বলা যাবেনা।

এবার আসা যাক শিক্ষার ব্যপারে। ওলেভেল অথবা এলেভেল করা থাকলে বেশ ভাল কারন এতে ডাইরেক্ট নিয়োগ হয়ে যাবে। তবে যাদের এইচ এস সি করা অথবা যারা এইচ এস সি স্টুডেন্ট তাদের ইংলিশ স্পিকিং ফ্লুয়েন্ট থাকতে হবে।

এবার আসা যাক সবচেয়ে কঠিন অভিজ্ঞতার দিকে। সেটি হল, এই জব করতে হলে প্রার্থিকে ২ বছর কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। এই অভিজ্ঞতা যেকোন ডাটা এন্ট্রি ফার্ম অথবা অন্য যেকোন কল সেন্টার থেকে প্রাপ্ত হলেই হবে।

ও আর একটা কথা। বয়সের একটা সিমাবদ্ধতার উল্লেখ আছে এখানে। বলা হয়েছে প্রার্থিকে ১৮ থেকে ৩৩ বছরের মাঝামাঝি বয়সের হতে হবে।

এই জবে ডুকতে পারলে কিছু বাড়তি বেনিফিট আছে। প্রতি ৩ মাস অন্তর অন্তর বেতন বাড়তে থাকবে আজিবন। প্রতি মাসেই কাজের জন্য কিছি টার্গেট সেট করে দেয়া থাকবে এবং সেই টার্গেট পুর্ন করতে পারলে আকর্ষনীয় বোনাসের ব্যবস্থা আছে। ৬ মাস কাজ করার পর থেকে আসন্ন যেকোন উতসবে বোনাস প্রদান করা হবে। কাজের মাঝে মাঝে ফ্রি চা কফি এবং খাবার দাবার দেয়া হবে যেগুলো খুবই উন্নতমানের হয়ে থাকে।
