কক্সবাজারের কুতুপালং এ শরনার্থি ক্যম্প আছে এটা এখন সবাই আপনারা জানেন। তাই এনিয়ে নতুন করে বলার কিছু আছে বলে মনে হয়না। সরকারিভাবে এই বিপুল সংখ্যক শরনার্থীদের দেখাশোনার জন্য বিভিন্ন পর্যায়ে সরকারের ব্যপক এক্সট্রা লোকের দরকার পড়ছে প্রতিদিন। তাই কক্সবাজারের সরকারি শরণার্থী ত্রাণ এবং প্রত্যাবসন কমিশনের কার্যালয়ে বেশ কিছু কর্মির বিশেষ দরকার হওয়াতে এই নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি বিশেষভাবে প্রকাশিত হয়েছে। তবে যেহেতু শরণার্থীরের এই শংকট সাময়িক তাই এই জবের বিজ্ঞপ্তিটি স্থায়ি কোন সরকারি চাকরির বিজ্ঞপ্তি না। এই বিজ্ঞপ্তির আওতায় সক পদের জন্য যারা নিয়োগ পাবেন, তাদের সবাই আস্থায়িভিত্তিতে এই কাজ করবেন। তবে যেহেতু সরকারি চাকরি সেহেতু পরবর্তিতে এই চাকরিপ্রাপ্তদের নিয়োগ এক্সটেন্ট করা হতেও পারে (এটা সম্পুর্ন আমার নিজের মত)

প্রথমেই সহজ পদের ব্যপারে যাওয়া যাকঃ অফিস সাপোর্ট স্টাফ/ এমএলএসএস (বেতনঃ ১১০০০)

সহজ বললাম এই কারনে যে, এই পদের জন্য আবেদনকারিকে বিশেষ কোন শিক্ষার উল্লেখ করা হয়নি। বলা আছে, এস এস সি পাশ হলেই এই পদের জন্য আপনি এপ্লাই করতে পারবেন।  পজিশনের নাম দেয়া হয়েছে অফিস সাপোর্ট স্টাফ সংক্ষেপে যাকে বলা হয়েছে এমএলএসএস। উল্লেখ আছে যে ৩০ জন কর্মি নিয়োগ হবে এই পদের জন্য এবং বেতন হবে ১১০০০ (সর্বসাকুল্যে)

দিতীয়ত গার্ড, ক্লিনার এবং বাবুর্চি পদের বেতন ১১০০০ এর সার্কুলারঃ

উল্লেখ আছে, এই পদগুলোতে এপ্লাই করতে হলে ৮ম শ্রেনি পাশ হতে হবে। সাধারন গার্ড নেয়া হবে ৩০ জন এবং গোডাউনের গার্ড নেয়া হবে ৩০ জন। ক্লিনার বা সুইপার পদের জন্য নেয়া হবে ৩০ জন এবং বাবুর্চি পদের জন্য বরাদ্ধ আছে ৩০ টি পদ। সর্বমোট ১৭০ টি এইসব পদের প্রত্যেকের বেতন ১১০০০ করে সর্বসাকুল্যে।

এবার নজর দেয়া যাক বড় পদের দিকে। প্রথমেই উপ-সহকারি ইঞ্জিনিয়ার (বেতনঃ ৩১০০০) সর্বসাকুল্যেঃ

এই পদের জন্য আবেদন করতেই আপনার লাগবে সিভিল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং এ ডিপ্লোমা করা যেকোন ইউনিভার্সিটি থেকে। ১০ টি পদের সার্কুলার এটি। কোন অভিজ্ঞতার উল্লেখ নেই।

আরেকটি বড় পদ একাউন্ট এসিস্টেন্ট বেতনঃ ১৬৫০০ সর্বসাকুল্যেঃ

এটি আপর এক বড় পদ কারন এই পদের জন্য আবেদন করতে চাইলে আপনাকে থাকতে হবে উচ্চ শিক্ষা। উল্লেখ আছে বানিজ্যে সম্মান করা থাকতে হবে অথবা বিবিএস এবং বিবিএ করা থাকলেও আবেদন করা যাবে। ১০ জন নেয়া হবে এই পদের জন্য। সর্বসাকুল্যে বেতন ১৬৫০০ দেয়া হবে।

অপর এক বড় পদ রিপেট্রিয়েশন এসিস্টেন্ট পদের ১৬৫০০ বেতনঃ

এই পদেই শুধুমাত্র দক্ষতার কথা উল্লেখ আছে। মানে হচ্ছে, এই পদের আবেদন করতে হলে আপনাকে হতে হবে কম্পিউটার চালনায় বিশেষ দক্ষ। সাথে শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার কথা উল্লেখ আছে স্নাতক পাশ। এই পদের জন্য খালি আসনের সংখ্যা ২০ টি। ১৬৫০০ সর্বসাকুল্যে বেতন।

বিশেষ পদ- কম্পিউটার অপারেটর বেতন ১৬৫০০ সর্বসাকুল্যেঃ

স্নাতক পাশতো হতেই হবে সাথে সাথে এই পদের জন্য আবেদনকারিকে হতে কম্পিউটারের ডিপ্লোমা পাস তাও আবার ইউনিভার্সিটি লেভেলে। ১০ জন কম্পিউটার অপারেটর এই পদের জন্য কাজ করতে পারবে। ১৬৫০০ সর্বসাকুল্যে বেতন।

সর্বশেষ যে পদটির সার্কুলার আছে সেটি ডাটা প্রসেসিং এসিস্টেন্ট ১৬৫০০ যার বেতনঃ
এটিও ব্যতিক্রমধর্মি একটি পদ। বিজ্ঞানের যেকোন বিষয়ে স্নাতক হতে হবে। একটি মজার ব্যপার হল, ডাটা ম্যনেজমেন্টে যাদের অভিজ্ঞতা আছে তারা এই পদের কাজের জন্য অগ্রাধিকার পাবেন।

আবেদন করার নিয়মঃ

ডাকযোগে আবেদন জমা দেয়া যাবে অথবা সরাসরি অফিসে এসে আবেদনপত্র জমা দেয়ার নিয়ম আছে। অফিসের ঠিকানা হলঃ শরণার্থী ত্রাণ এবং প্রত্যাবাসন কমিশনার এর কার্যালয়, মোটেল রোড কক্সবাজার।

আবেদনপত্রের সাথে যে বিষয়গুলো অবশ্যই উল্লেখ করতে হবে সেগুলো হল, আবেদনকারির নাম, পিতামাতার নাম,স্থায়ী-অস্থায়ী ঠিকানা, শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা, জন্ম তারিখ, যোগাযোগের ঠিকানা, মোবাইল নাম্বার। এছাড়া আবেদনকারির ২ টি ছবিসহ সকল যোগ্যতা অভিজ্ঞতার সত্যায়িত কপি। বয়স হতে হবে ১৮ থেকে ৩০ এর ভিতরে তবে মুক্তিযোদ্ধাদের পোষ্যদের জন্য ৩২ বছর। খামের উপর পদের নাম উল্লেখ করতে ভুলবেন না আশা করি। নিচে সার্কুলারের মুল কপির ফটো যুক্ত করে দেয়া হল। ভালমত পড়ে নিয়ে তারপর আবেদন জমা দিন।
