Role Overview

Incumbent must be able to smartly manage customer queries over multiple platforms. This will be a temporary role for 6 months for this particular project.

Job Responsibility

Handle everyday queries from customers over multiple platforms
Periodic reporting and presenting of customer query status and highlighting
Educational Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline from a reputed university
Experience

Prior experience in handling customer queries will be preferable
Special Skill

Sound communication skills in English and Bangla
Sound knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Google suite will be a bonus

Sound presentation skills
Self-motivated, organized and team player
